Screen Printing
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is a way of printing a series. This art branch, which dates back to ancient times, has gained great importance in the branding of industrial products with the development of industry recently. The graphic, which has to be printed after covering different types of polyester silk fabric stretched to a wooden or metal frame with a film layer called photofilm emulsion and exposed in the light, appears as a template on this fabric. The photosensitive areas are emptied with the help of water and a sensitive template is formed. This template is called a pattern. Printing is done with the help of a squeegee (a sharp rubber mouth).Screen printing can be applied to all kinds of materials and surfaces. Round prints can be made. At the same time, printing on materials such as metal, ceramics, fabric and glass, which the printing press cannot print, is done by screen printing. It is the backbone of electronics. Thanks to screen printing, circuit boards are made clearer and cleaner. In recent years, it has become one of the indispensable parts of screen printing industry.
Print and Cut
It is the process of cutting the surplus around the products that are printed on digital printing machines, the same machine or foil cutting machines with optical reader, so that only the product remains. After the graphic design processes are finished, the process begins with sending the printing machine of the product. Print and cut first paints the images with its special paint. Print and cut is cut with a template prepared according to the arrangement of the print, and after it is removed, the surplus around it is removed and the process is completed. It is then transferred to the desired fabric at a certain temperature by means of a press.
Digital Printing
The printing of digital-based visuals directly on various materials. Generally, professional printing is the process of printing small jobs with large format and / or high volume laser or inkjet printers using desktop publishing and other digital resources. Digital printing; It is higher in terms of cost per page compared to offset printing methods. It is preferred due to faster printing than offset and lack of metal molds used in offset. Demands are responded more quickly, and printing can be done at any time. The developing technology has made it easier to use this system and become the preferred choice with the saving of time and the decreasing costs in digital printing.
Reflective Printing
Paint substances with reflector properties are printed on the transfer paper with the desired printing method. Then it is transferred to the surface to be applied by pressing method. It never loses its reflector feature. Its usage area is very wide.It is very simple to apply. It is carried out at 150-160c degree with 10 seconds of low pressure. After pressing, the transport film opens warm. Washing resistance is high if it is washed and ironed in reverse. It can be used on all surfaces that need reflector
Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is a method of printing and passing the paint applied on special paper with heat and pressure on other materials to be printed.1-Sublimation Printing (It is the technique of transferring the pattern applied by offset and digital printing on paper to polyester or polyester coated materials such as textile porcelain etc. with heat and pressure.) 2-Screen Printing (Generally, it is the technique applied on textile products and various materials with the application of patterns between 1 and 3 colors on special paper and heat pressure method. The best color quality is the technique.) 3-Offset Printing Transfer Printing (After transferring multicolored, especially photographic patterns of special transfer paper in the offset machine, transfer presses to products such as plastisol or water-based paints and other materials (textile, saddlery) with hotmelt application, heat and pressure It is the printing technique applied with the method
Flex Printing
Flex Printing, It is cut from ready-made color transfer printing foils in plotters and made ready for pressing on the textile surface thanks to the carrier. It can be chosen comfortably and permanently on all kinds of surfaces as cotton and polyester. It never gives the fabric color to the printing surface thanks to its thick material structure on colored surfaces. It consists of our most preferred systems due to the large number of color options. The type of printing that adapts to printing paper and paper with the Hot Stamping system is called flex printing. Flex printing is done with special flexi paper. No paper of any kind is used. It can be printed on any floor.
Emprime Printing
Emprime printing technique is one of the first printing types. It is made with printed mold and silk. First, a mold is prepared as much as the printing area and then silk is laid on this mold in a stretched manner. The mold is now ready for printing. After this stage, the shape of the logo or pattern to be printed is removed on the tracing paper and placed in the mold. After this stage, the printing paint is poured on the mold and printing is started with a racket. Printed prints can not be printed. Gradient, color transitions can not be done. In this type of printing, only standard colors are printed.
Flock Printing
Flock printing has a velvety texture. Imported material is used.Flock printing has a limited color option. The average washing life is 40 washes. It is made by cutting the printing material with plotter or laser machine to the surface in a hot press with a pressure period of 10-15 seconds in the range of 160-180 degrees. Flock printing is an easy and fast printing system.
